Jackson County Animal Protection Society

 JCAPS is a 501c3 charitable organization founded by volunteer community members with the goals of establishing an animal shelter facility for Jackson County.  Our program is currently foster based and only able to rescue a limited quantity of animals at a time. In August of 2021, our board members opened a small pet supply shop called "A Pet's Tale" located at 313 2nd Street, Jackson, MN. This was established as a means of fundraising for a shelter building.
